Matthew Gimblett delivering one of the items from his menu to our table! We ordered the Paniscia alla novarese, riso della tradizione con verdue e salamino OR Traditional Novarese rice dish, vegetables and salami.
He did a great job with this rice dish using a tomatoe based sauce to give it more taste and color. Good job Matthew! A+ 🙂
