Toronto LGFW SS2011 – Day 2

DAY 2: House of Groves‘s collection was beautiful and very wearable for any woman can wear. I loved the looks she put together and I can see how every piece can be a great addition to any wardrobe. Chloe comme Parris are a new label to me. I enjoyed watching their collection walking down the runway. They did some amazing sleeveless vests with tuxedo tails. I thought they were AMAZING! Marthe Aime‘s show started different from all the other shows; nothing like having a contemporary dance routine to move the audience and get their attention for about whats about to come. Her choice of soft flowy silk and linen mixed with leather accents was a beautifully done. You can’t ask for anything more when you come to a runway show. Attitude (Sears)‘s show was a surprise for me. I wasn’t planning on going to it but I decided not to miss any of the shows, at least for my first time at the LGFW. Toronto LGFW SS2011 – Day 1

Today was the first official day of Toronto LG Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2011. Being a newbie at this whole fashion week business, I was super excited to attend all the shows and get as many pictures as I could. Lucky for me I managed to score a few front row sits for the first few shows and I that just made it all so much sweeter. Here is the list of shows I attended on: Day 1: Jules Power show had a great young vibe to it. I will for sure check out her store within the next week to try out her designs.   OR by Angela Chen‘s collection was AMAZING! I never heard of her work till I received the LGFW schedule few weeks back. I’m glad I got to see her work in person. It made me think of summer vacations at the beach. LOVAS by Wesley Badanjak had some interesting pieces in the collection and some not so interesting ones…Don’t hate me but some of the pieces reminded me of MEXX clothing, …
