Crazy for H & M

Hi y’all! We have been horribly lax about posting on our blog… and I’ve been worse than Solmaz. Blogging will be one of my top priorities once again 🙂

Since last time, the weather has gradually warmed up for Spring/ Summer – yay! Solmaz and I discovered some awesome new patios in Toronto (with the help of our friend) over the past weekend which I will blog about soon.

The most exciting part about the warmer seasons has to be the warm weather clothing. A new season means a new wardrobe. Of course, my goal this season is to be a frugal fashionista and I am in the process of rediscovering chic but affordable brands.

Solmaz and I are currently in love with H & M. I recently purchased a cute back dress from their Garden Collection. The picture is the nude/blush version – I will take a picture of me wearing the black one soon.

The dress is very basic but the ruffles are an amazing touch. It is very form-fitting and the material is quite thin, so ladies, invisible and skin-colored underwear is a must. I tried this version as well but I wasn’t sure if I would be able to pull it off so I returned it. I will make do with the black version for now.

I loved the floral dresses that they had but I didn’t shop early enough for my sizes. Most small sizes were gone. 😦

I was hoping to snag one of these – only $19.95! – but they had none left in my size. I’m planning to haunt the H & M stores in my area to see if one shows up in my size miraculously. lol.

Check out H & M for great Spring/ Summer wardrobe ideas!
