Skagen the Danish contemporary accessories company has been around for 25 years, designing simple, clean and accessible watches, bags and jewellery. I’m a big fan of watches and when I saw the Skagen watches at the Cool Nordic Workshop, I loved their simple designs. Nothing is better than a classic timepiece with great workmanship. I also got a chance to get a sneak preview of Skagen’s brand new handbag and jewellery lines. The bags are great, from everyday to going out.
With the wedding of a century under way tomorrow morning everyone is wondering who’s going to be the lucky designer behind Kate’s dress. Although I wish the happy royal couple all the best, I’m not going to follow everyone else and write about “who will she be wearing”. I’m just sharing a few fun pieces I’ve seen lately that have a British twist to it. Who doesn’t love a Union Jack inspired little something something?
Now that everyone out there knows it’s the Persian new year today, I thought I should put my wishlist from Net-A-Porter out here for the world to see. Maybe someone out there realizes that I’ve been a good girl and would give me one of these pieces as my new year’s present. haha, a girl can wish, right? sa
